SInce August I have been under the impression that I have been paying $75 for my storage unit and set up automatic payments... As you can see in my screenshot, they have been increasing the cost of my plan slowly without my knowledge.

Its weird because I have only ever been emailed a receipt starting Jan of 2025. The extra cost added have been labeled as 'Protection plan'. I DID NOT EVER SIGN UP FOR THIS.

I live out of town and have called the location and left multiple voice messages yet they will not answer or return my call.

DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS!!!!
