I had a great experience renting here. I signed up same day online and came to the office to get started. I had never rented a storage unit before, but I knew I was in good hands with the manager Lisa. She explained everything about the facility to me and showed me how the gates and locks and doors worked. She walked me up to my storage unit to make sure it would work for me and was ready to answer any questions I had. The facility was well maintained, clean, and bright. The elevators are very large and there are hand carts available for use. It feels very safe and nice. I am also happy with the location and ease of convenience to use it.
