Tuesday January 7th. Driveway, parking lot and entire property still not plowed or shoveled. Ice at the entrance of the office. No one staffed. No one answered phone . Very disappointed in this major company. Someone is skimming off the top and not managing this place correctly when paying customers and I mean $455/month paying customers can’t get in or out safely 2 days after a storm has stopped. Not only disappointed, but dangerous. I have movers hired for today and not sure we can get in and out safely today. This looks like a lawsuit waiting to happen. Do not recommend renting from this storage place. Many other choices from professional companies .

Never had any problems online or in person. Had two storages at one time.
