Went by to rent a unit during posted business hours on a Saturday and the door was locked, no one was around, and the phone number didn’t work. This is the second storage place I’ve been to that hasn’t had people working when they say they will. I’m not interested in renting online. Stop saying you’re open when you’re not open.
