Wonderful experience especially as first time storage unit renters. Keith was exceptionally helpful. Our unit was clean. Keith walked us through entering and exiting the property which is simple and convenient.

Bad character on the part of one of the team members, made me feel like a criminal, by mistake the payment was not automatically charged, he went to tell me in a very pedantic and racist way that I could not be there because I had not paid, to which I replied that according to the application I was in automatic payment. Anyway, I closed the storage and spoke to customer service where they solved the problem. Two days later I returned and my unit was double-locked. To which another member helped me and had to break their lock because the key was not anywhere, mentioning that he did not know why my unit was insured. In the end I ended up with a fee double what I had stipulated because that person took away the promotion I had. So I decided to terminate my contract. It was not the company, it was just one person who also did the same thing to another person a few days ago (the unit in front of mine). This young girl was just scared. You could tell she was in college and she was just scared...

Check in process was very easy and thorough. Very helpful staff on site.
