Great customer service.

I signed up for a storage unit for $80 /month and then I recieved a bill for $105. I called and they said they added a $25 charge for insurance. This was never mentioned anywhere and it's completely unnecessary for what I'm storing. I feel scammed. I tried to call and politely ask that this unnecessary coverage be removed and they refused. Bad way of doing business. I'll remove this post if they decide to remove the unnecessary and unforseen charge.

This place is great, amazing rates, super clean and secure. It's the only place to store in Summit!
