Left a previous review for Jake, and nothing has changed; he is very courteous, and helped me move into a different unit with ease in several minutes. Always nice to have climate control up here in the winter!

Staff is friendly and the facility seems secure and is nice. We initially booked our storage unit on a promotional rate and the company wouldn’t tell us (even a range of) what the price may be after the 3 month promotion was over. Luckily, our rate didn’t increase by the 300 - 400% the manager warned it may, but the corporate business practices are lacking transparency and feel dishonest.
