Mike was friendly and helped me get my unit. Unit is as expected, no complaints. One note, there’s no climate control so it can get cold in the there, in the winter you’ll want to bring a jacket with you.

Edit: I noticed on my first months bill that there is a ‘protection plan’ fee of $24.97 that wasn’t discussed with me at signing, in addition to my monthly cost to rent the unit ($19). I don’t need any added fees or protection plans and will be going in tomorrow to discuss it with whoever is working.. Hopefully they’ll be more upfront about that with other people.
