Ok, just WOW !! Cindy and the staff are so incredibly nice and helpful. Cindy went out of her way to assist me in a time of need. I have two storage units here and they have just gone above and beyond for me. The facility is so clean and beautiful. I feel really lucky to have them as I have gone through some major transitions in the last year and a half. Thank you all at the Basalt Storage mart !
