There is many issues with the store manager Sara in this place in Edwards , she is been so mean , includes harrasing my brother , i already told her couple times i will rate her and seems like she did'nt ever care , i went one time to only ask her about a unit location about 15 min before she close the store and she was already locked at her office and her car outside already warming up! so she opened the door and was standing and did'nt want to let me in just for question! She finaly very upset let me in and told her i just need to know a location of the unit i want to reserve , and she told me , i always go right before she closes she was so upset and i told her is 15 minutes left so i needed to find out location only , so i said its ok just dont help me ,and i walked out , i will rate you're costumer service treatment!! So she is at some point toxic , she already hate me and said actualy i have several units already rent which is a lie!!!! Not rent any personal unit in the last 7 months

Avon location is in need of help but the manager is the reason I’ve stayed. Mike Petree is the major reason I have stayed with storage mart. Nothing but customer service and wealth of knowledge, I will continue a customer as long as he is around
