Heather gave me a call after noticing I had inquired regarding a storage unit online. She was amazing! Heather was super helpful and very detailed overall. She made the entire process super easy and simple.

Very secure and clean facility. They by far had the best prices and customer service. The two office staff members were super friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this facility!

Everything went great while I rented my unit from Heather. She was helpful and kind making things clear and understandable as I found the right storage units for me.

So the staff was nice. They were helpful and knowledgeable. That is what the star is for. They deserve more but the facility and the bs hours etc really brought it down to 1. Let’s start with the hours. 9:30 in the morning is when you can first get access. 9:30!! You have to take time off work to be able to get in! And then they close at 6:00! So you have to take time off work if you have a REGULAR JOB like most people do. That is ridiculous! The locations of these units is stupid. The only reason I even got a storage here was because they USED TO BE reasonable and hours a lot more realistic. Corporate has ruined this place. I will be moving ASAP. Do not recommend for the hours alone. Not to mention you can’t actually go thru your stuff. ?
