The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was a breeze. Oh, and they have a cute doggy that greets you at the front desk! The service was great all around.

Kris helped us by finding a storage unit that fit our budget, which we appreciated very much, first of all. She explained the process in detail and we felt assured renting from Storagemart in Watsonville. The rental space looked brand new. It was very clean and I didn't see anyone lingering around. Kris made the whole process seamless and easy. She was very kind and offered us bottles of water. Thanks Kris for all your great help!
