Jaclyn is amazing! I had questions related to a previous storage rental. She answered all my questions. What she did not know, she called someone to get the answer. She even called me with a followup later to make sure everything was taken care of! Thank you!

Not staffed, no one there to sign for packages or maintain the sight. When I signed my contract I was ensured someone would staff the location to sign for packages. FedEx calls me every week now letting me know that its not staffed and my packages are returned.

Had a hiccup with the pass code called the support line got ahold of Jessica not only was she nice and very professional but helpful and walked me through to get it working, very happy with thier assistance, great place.
