He did a great job answering our questions, showing us the different storage units and finalizing the process. The facility is modern and secure. It gives us peace of mind knowing that our belongings are safe.

For the most part, my family's possessions were safe and secured inside the unit. We enjoyed the regular daily access to my unit whenever we needed it.

There are issues I have with the company. At first, an employee was always available. The office may be closed sometimes, but the employee was found somewhere on the property. After a year or so, the office was closed during regular business hours, yet no one was around. Rarely was there a notice of expected return. Employees either leave early or do not show up at all. Several times, I waited 30-60 minutes for an employee to arrive until I left at closing. There were days when I checked the office and the property for an employee to waste 15-20 minutes of my time for every occurrence. I do not know when my facility’s office was permanently closed and all business services consolidated with a nearby facility, as no email notification was sent. They charged storage insurance rates without notice of expired insurance on file. They increase storage rates without notice other than when they send the bill. The doors’ weather seals are faulty, worn out, and partially out of place. The doors tend to close on their own. The orange doors pop off the track from time to time. The gates are a hazard in extreme weather conditions and days afterward, especially the gate that opens upwards, as it bounces constantly in its fully open state. Everyone takes a risk to pass it every time it is jammed in the air.
