Where are the claims staff that handle claims against Storage Mart and units??

What is the fee for that Storage Mart’s “alleged property monthly premium” added on to the billing statements when in reality I was told by the manager Mary....do the claim and take it to office and “they” will send to Claims... WTF!

WHO IS THEY AND WHO IS CLAIMS??

While I sit here looking at the damages to my property due to my unit 2104 having water and mold, which is a health hazard, I will start contacting and informing the real authorities and social media of this fraudulent practices displayed by staff that receive a paycheck from Storage Mart and assumes they have the authority to override the law and business policy practices as set out by the Iowa and Federal Laws and Regulations.

Also I am disabled by wheelchair and Tourette’s.

Civil Rights and ADA, Federal and State Consumer Protection agencies are on my bucket list today.

So the gate was up and it wasnt going down so i went ahead and went through. This very rude employee yelled out at me to put my code in and then chased me down and rudely told me 'put your code in before going through.' I told her it wasnt going down so i just went ahead and went through. Many people do this i have seen it. If you want people to know that, than put a sign up but do not chase me down and be rude. I will be leaving if it happeneds again.
