Charged a late fee after they were making a correction to the invoice. We were under the impression we would hear back about the update and if it was approved since we had to provide our insurance information.

The representative stated their “2 day” grace period, however we were waiting on a correction to the invoice. The agent I spoke to was pretty dismissive when I explained we were waiting for them to update the invoice. Zero communication as to when the invoice was corrected. It’s only a $20.00 late charge but it’s obvious we weren’t communicated with about the invoice update. This information didn’t matter to the representative I spoke with.

Also, they will add their own insurance to your plan. This was not clear in the initial discussions.
