Jake F. has been beyond helpful with me moving my stuff into my storage unit. He answered all my questions and really made the process go smoothly. I've dealt with storage places before and it's usually a huge headache, so having someone who knows what they are doing and is willing to help took a lot of stress off my shoulders during an already hectic time.

I would not rent here again and don’t recommend to anyone. The staff is unbelievably lazy, rude and unprofessional. They increase your rates and when I tried to contact the district manager about it, he never got back to me.

The place is clean and nice but once you get moved in the rates start to increase periodically which is expected with storage units. So I ask if I can pay a year upfront at a fixed rate so I am not getting these increases throughout the year. I was told I can pay the year but they will still charge the increases when they want. I thought this was weird so I shopped around and found most any other place was ok with me paying the year at the advertised price plus a utility fee. If you aren't worried about the price you should store here. Not to mention their rude employees.

A racket. Stay away.
