Things were great until a few months ago. I changed to a different unit and had to sign a new contract. I was told it would be set up for auto pay like it was previously. That wasn't the case. I accrued $90 in late fees before I realized there was a problem. The site manager said she couldn't do anything but promised to tell her regional manager about it and he would call me. Didn't happen. I left several voice messages over the course of the next few weeks with no return call. Then they had the audacity to increase the rent by 22% and they want me to leave a review???? Alright...if I could rate it zero stars I would.

The service at this location has really gone downhill. The security gate was broken for quite a while, while still charging for 'secure' storage.

The manager was rude and condescending when I voiced my concern regarding an issue that she caused.

It seems as if they can't be bothered to return calls and address issues like they promise. Zero follow-up.
