HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT RENT HERE. My rent was increased from 45 dollars to 90 dollars without notice, didn’t pay because I had set to only pay 45 dollars a month not 90, so I got a whole lot of late fees that added up to 360+ dollars. So I pulled up in a U-Haul 3 days after I paid my late fees to find they destroyed my lock and replaced it. Brenda was a complete disaster over the phone. Was screaming at me and cutting me off not letting me talk. AND trains her employees to lie to their consumers/customers over the phone trying to reason with the customer to make it seem okay when it is definitely 100% not okay. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT EVER RENT HERE

They are very nice and knowledgeable. I left a voicemail about a pricing issue when I tried to pay online but I didn't expect a response. But later that day I heard back from them and they were able to cut my expense for the initial.l rental by one third. Thank you!
