Is rate this place NO STARS if I could. My father has had a unit there for a while, a few months ago it got broken into. The manager called & informed my father, gave him a few months free for the inconvenience & PROMISED he'd put up cameras/lighting. We go back 1-2 months later, it had been broken into AGAIN. Still no cameras & no new lighting. My father called the manager repeatedly, left voice-mails and everything. Took him a few days to call back. He didn't really seem interested in what had happened in the slightest. He didn't even go out to look at the property until a week later. ?‍♀️ I know the owner of the hotel right next to it, he said that those units get broken into every month. My father switched over to Sanger Storage & it's already SOOOO MUCH better!! It has cameras everywhere, lighting every few feet & you require a code to get to the units. Don't waste your money at this place, you'll lose anything even remotely valuable within a few months.
