Always clean and friendly staff.
The only negative is the rising prices, but that's not really unexpected.

Nice clean place with easy access. Only complaint I had is they raised my rate twice in the first 6 months 40%.

I understand that as the years go on the price of storage is going to change. What they didn’t tell me is that they don’t care if you got the notification that the price was going up before I goes up. I was paying 78 for a unit and then I get an invoice before the payment comes out for 98.00. Now I call the location and the person didn’t know why it went up. Which is fine, I understand companies don’t usually like to trickle down information to the masses. But what I didn’t like was that they seemed to not care, I was told I would get a call back and never did, I ended up going to the location and talking to the attendant. They told me that the email was sent about the upcharge, but I never got it, I looked in every single folder I had for my email and nothing. So they did make it right by giving me $20 off the next month. But something could be changed about the notification to customers that the rent price is increasing. Because clearly technology doesn’t always work and emails don’t always come through.
