**'The Worst Storage Facility Experience Imaginable—Avoid at All Costs!'**

This storage facility is a Disgrace! From the moment we signed up, we’ve encountered nothing but issues and negligence from this operation. First, the gate is *constantly* left wide open, allowing anyone to stroll onto the premises unchecked—serious safety and security concerns that go completely ignored.

The facility itself is filthy, and our unit was crawling with bugs upon arrival. We had to fumigate the unit ourselves before it was even usable. And it only gets worse: we arrived one Sunday with two truckloads of furniture, only to discover a second lock had been placed on our unit without notice and we couldn’t get into our unit! Customer service was incompetent as ever. One continued to say they probably placed the lock on for a nonpayment, YET the bill was paid. We continued to get a different customer service rep on the line and they completely went against what the previous said by saying they don’t place locks on the Units for nonpayment. They promised to reach out to a manager which we waited for, and weeks later… Not a single response, and apparently, there’s never a manager on-site to address issues in person.

Repeatedly, every customer service representative we’ve spoken to has apologized and recognized that the manager still hasn't called us back. Apologies without action mean absolutely nothing, especially when we’re paying a *premium* monthly fee for what’s supposed to be a secure, clean, and well-managed facility. Instead, this place is overpriced, filthy, and a breeding ground for incompetence.

This facility’s complete disregard for its customers has left us no choice but to contact the Better Business Bureau and reach out to The Consumer Protection Division of the Maryland Attorney General's Office to investigate the abysmal standards here. Save yourself the hassle, frustration, and expense—take your belongings *anywhere* but here.

The owner also falsely replies to the reviews here. Never did I request 6 free month of rent nor did the owner ever try to return my phone calls and I can show proof! I’ve been trying to speak with management for weeks now still no call back but they can respond to negative reviews falsely.. a joke
