Store Here Self Storage

I believe it was Aug. 1 when i stopped in to rent a small storage space. Kan, the employee I mainly dealt with, was extremely friendly and totally and incredibly respectful throughout my entire contact with him. He was extremely helpful in giving me information and setting me up with a storage space that was best for my needs. At first, he set me up with a unit where it turned out you needed a special, expensive lock for it, which it turned out I didn't have, and Kan very graciously got me the exact same unit, but where I could use a cheap padlock, which I found at Walmart. There was a younger gentleman working there who was every bit as friendly/respectful/helpful/etc. as Kan. I did rent the storage space above and the price is very reasonable and I am very happy with my storage space. The facility is an excellent, indoor, well-climate-controlled facility that you can drive your vehicle into and where you can get right to or very near your storage space inside with your vehicle. The U-Haul there didn't have any vehicles availabe and Kan was also extremely helpful in getting me set up with a U-Haul vehicle at a nearby facility, etc. So both Kan and the younger gentleman are extremely approachable and pleasant to deal with, etc., and the facility is excellent and the prices are very reasonable and so I very highly recommend Store Here on Mound Ave. in Racine, Wi!

Believe it or not..... KAN is real. Lol. Very knowledgeable, open minded, explained every procedure of the process in great depth.. I will highly (and already have) recommend using this storage facility. I see this place progressing.. Great job Kan.

Excellent experience, very professional signing up to rent a unit. The best rates around in Racine. Very clean, quiet, and have never come across problem getting into my unit Even the bathrooms are always clean when I use them. 5 Star Storage
