Started out fine...within 5 months had significantly raised the fee, I complained, they lowered it a bit, as if it's just all up for debate I guess. So I got rid of most of my things & rented the smallest one they had, at $65/month and within a couple of months they DOUBLED that rent. The manager there, Trish, was great & helpful and tried to get it straightened out, but corporate kept overcharging me without notice, so I'll be getting rid of more of my things and moving out slowly over the next month to end my services with them. For a year and a half it's been nothing but phone calls every month to straighten out billing, and corporate greed. I have a CLOSET sized space there for $130/month? Just no. And they get you with these deals to start, and just keep raising the rent because they know it's difficult for you to do anything about it.
**EDIT** True to form, just after I posted this, a corporate comment with a tel. # and an invite to call to speak about my experience was given, I called the number and I was told IT WAS AN OLD NUMBER and they told me to go to their website and fill out a form. This company may be too big and have too many people not knowing what the other hands are doing, which leads to very bad customer service. I'll still be moving my stuff out, thanks for nothing !
