Went with my friend Gabby for a tour and new manager is phenomenal!! Super sweet and professional and building looks so clean and nice!! We came months ago and it was a nightmare glad they finally got the right person in!!! Place is glowing!!

The new manager gave a great tour it was so nice and neat, she was amazing and her customer service is very appreciated made me feel very comfortable.

Despite this being advertised as an indoor, climate controlled facility, many of my items ended up with a think green mold covering them. Even though I pay monthly for the insurance I was told that it was not covered.

Today I went to access some of my things. Upon entering my code into the door I received a code not recognized error message. There was no body in the office available to assist me. Multiple times, on different occasions I have tried to come to the office for help and there no one available despite being within the hours the office is listed as opened.

What am I paying for?

I tried calling both corporate and the office multiple times and just get lost in a series or recording and “unavailable team Members”.

This is the worst “customer service” I have ever received and I am highly disappointed, dissatisfied and disgusted

A few months ago this use to be the best storage place I’ve been too now that the manager that use to be there is no longer there it’s terrible the place is always dirty trash always filled up bathrooms dirty dead bugs all on the floor and in the storage units I use to see the manager cleaning the building every time and kept up with it now that he’s gone they bring in different workers everyday who don’t care about keeping up with the place because that’s not there building they pretty much there for customer service to answer anybody question but other then that do nothing all day.. this place could easily go back to 5 stars it’s a great facility just need to hire somebody that’s going to be there throughout the week and make sure they keep it clean like the previous manager use to do cause these day to day workers don’t care bout that facility
