The best customer service i have experienced in a vert long time Michele was understanding,helpful, respectful, very informative, compassionate, and work with me. Because of my health I had to shut down my food truckand put my equipment in storage
(store space self storage) until I had the surgery done..do to some complications the surger will take longed than expected..due to financial difficulties and not working my unit was in default and subject to be auction off ..I attempted many ways to get my unit out of auction with no good results. I set in my mind I will just let it go and try to rebuild all I have worked hard for after surgery basically I will just rebuild.i felt lost and depressed because i didn't want to loose all of my belongings...just when I thought l lost everything I got a phone call from Michele I explained to Michele my situation to her and she directed me on a few options and gave me lot of information and she worked with me and because of her great customer service, knowledge and compassion.i was able to make some changes move some things around and keep my items..thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️...Michele

Needed a lock cut off. They helped asap and were quite friendly.

Very helpful and quick! I walked in and she was so helpful and took care of me right then and there! I went to a few places beforehand, and I chose this place because she was so helpful and gave me options for what I was looking for!
