This rating is for Terry in the front office. Any time I have ever needed help, he has been absolutely AMAZING! If you need anything go to HIM!
For the storage facility itself, I wish it was open 24 hours for people who need to access their unit at any time. There was a major shortage of carts but they did just order new ones. Other than that, it’s a good storage facility.
