Store Space Self Storage

The outside door to our “temperature controlled” unit broke 4 months ago. Still not fixed - stopped in multiple times and door was wide open. Essentially paying for a locked secure door and temp controlled but it’s not. Called several times to report it - nothing done. WORSE - rent MORE THAN DOUBLED from advertised price after only a few months. Called to inquire about the increase and was told there was little they could do about it. Gave me a couple of months at the current sale price but then back to the price that more than doubled? Eric returned calls but basically said sorry, you’re out of luck - all your stuff is there so you are essentially stuck unless you want to move it all out. Also we are being charged for insurance we do not need. We were supposed to be getting forms emailed to us to cancel the insurance and provide proof of our own insurance and have never received. I don’t write reviews often but this place is a scam. Their current prices listed online are so low - but beware. They will gouge you in a few months! And forget about temperature control.

The people who manage this place are really nice. They were able to get me into a storage unit the same day, and even gave me a free lock! They have several rolling carts inside the doors and big, clean elevators that help move items with ease. I've had my items here for several months with no issues.

Great customer service and customer support

Terry was awesome to work with. The website reservation made a mistake and gave me a unit that was already occupied, but Terry was able to find me another unit and I was able to move things in the same day. I appreciate the effort, Terry.
