I’ve been storing with Store Space for years and was, actually, a customer from when they were About Space…so for over a decade! When Store Space took over, they made many changes including the management team. I was not very impressed with the first group of people they brought in but have been absolutely delighted with Terry…he has made all the difference in the world ever since Store Space took over. He is kind, helpful and is really great when it comes to customer service and assistance. He really has a heart to help his customers and has gone out of his way to help me particularly. Thanks, Terry!
Today, however, I am moving my things out of my unit simply due to the ever increasing rent at Store Space, the lack of 24 hour access and the lack of a phone support team. This is not a reflection on Terry but it’s just evident that Store Space corporate is all about cutting levels of service and increasing costs. Store Space used to have a phone support team but they seemed to have gotten rid of them because it is impossible to reach a person when you call. Also, their online billing system is quirky and takes your payment sometimes…but sometimes it doesn’t.
As long as people like Terry are around, Store Space is OK to rent from. But don’t be surprised on the day that they cut talent like his. I hate to say it but Store Space is all about their bottom line like most companies these days. Terry, however, makes the experience worthwhile. I will certainly miss him but I am looking forward to cheaper rent, better access and less greed from the company standpoint.
Move in was very easy. The way the buildings are set up makes getting around the building very easy.

first off when I started there it was supposed to be half off the first month's rent they charged me full price. when I tried to get a hold of the manager to get my money back, I was told that the manager was out of office and would contact me as soon as they were available. I was never contacted. when I signed the papers I informed them that my wife and my son would be able to access my account and do whatever needs to be done is I work 12 hour night six days a week and don't get up till 6:00 in the evening. and normally businesses are closed by the time I've had my coffee and got in the shower and woken up. after being rude with my wife and my son, when they called about our access code not working . I decided to remove my stuff from the storage bin and move on to another location. please don't get caught up in the stuff going on here and if you do make sure you get your half off up front because you're not going to get it otherwise
