Absolutely horrible customer service. It’s literally impossible to get them on the phone
This place will continually raise your rent every 6 months by $20+ even though they have made multiple mistakes while I have rented from them. I would highly advise looking around at other facilities as this one will raise rates constantly without even a person that works on site. Funny how they claim increasing costs yet this facility isn’t even managed by someone daily.
I called and was hung up on.
Called again today May 31st. and was hung up on 3 times. I hate this company and will never give them a single cent again. I caution anyone from using this facility.
We notified them we were moving out 3 times. We cleaned the unit. They are billing me for an empty storage unit for this month. I can't get through on the phone because nobody answers.
At first it was great. Then my price doubled. Then about 4 months later it jumped up another $20 but at that time I received a notice that it was going to happen. That meant they gave me an opportunity to make a decision on whether or not I wanted to keep my storage unit. Then, 4 months later I was billed for an additional $12 on top of the price increase without any notice.
I've since tried to contact store space multiple times over phone and by email and have not received any contact whatsoever so I can't even cancel my membership if I wanted to. There is in fact, no option online to cancel. Convenient.
Add insult to injury on the website they show the rental prices for the same unit for $40 cheaper than what I'm paying. And that's after the promo rate.
I would find other storage if I were you.
