IAm very please with the unit . I love the clean and well lit area . Also having the carts available and near the elevator helped a lot.
The agent was very helpful when I couldn’t get into the unit.

Review:
Customer service never returns your phone calls. There is never anyone in the onsite office. Multiple calls and emails. Absolutely no response at all. Trying to get my stuff out. Gonna resort to stopping payments. Stay far away, its Hotel California for storage.
