Store Space Self Storage

If I could leave this place 0 stars I would. I paid to have my things moved in on Sunday 03/02/2025. I was told the day before to bring a government issued ID so everything can be taken care of. I got there and nobody was in office to assist me, they have 3 different numbers on the building to call and no one answered. The Customer service line is always busy and no one answered. I had to contact another store just to get a hold of somebody and even then they couldn’t assist me because it wasn’t the store i signed up for. Me and my movers waited for 3 hours and no one showed up or answered and I had to pay the movers an extra $300 to have my stuff moved somewhere else on top of the $140 i paid for the first months storage already. VERY frustrating and unprofessional. Never again. And let me add that the number that the person responding to all the reviews is the sales number. It’s not customer service so basically no one is willing to help you!

No one is never available when you call or go by. I have moved out the storage and still getting messages about payment. I have left 3 voicemails, and no one has returned my called. Please do not call and say I owe any monies. Feb. 16. 2025 I moved out. Unit NC067. Maybe now some will reach out.
