Good location, easily accessible, clean and bright! Shawn was very helpful with suggestions to help meet our organization's storage needs.

Shawn was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, the customer service was top-notch. Shawn was incredibly professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The storage units were clean, secure, and easily accessible. I highly recommend this company, especially if you get to work with Shawn—5-star service all the way!

I was caregiver for a relative for several years. She passed away at the end of October and I needed to clear out her assisted living apartment fast. I had never rented storage space before but I needed it quickly. Fortunately, Store Space on Centerpoint Parkway in Pontiac is very close to where I live. I was able to arrange for space and move things in quickly, thanks to Shawn. He has been immensely helpful to me for the past three months. always kind, professional, ready with advice and assistance. I couldn't ask for more. Plus the facility itself is spotless, safe, and has an enclosed loading area. Definitely recommend!

The customer service at this location is beyond awful. Any attempts to reach them are a waste of time. Emails, phone calls and texts go unreturned. I got trapped in the facility one evening because the gate broke. All 4 emergency calls went unreturned. Letters and emails that I wrote including photos of me trapped inside got no response. Instead I got an email that my monthly rent would be increased for the 3rd time in a year. Any attempt to stop to talk with someone is also a waste of time because there is never anyone at the office. I will be looking for a new storage facility to move to. I also started out recommending them as I manage a luxury rental community very close by and have several clients with storage needs. With the complete lack of customer service I will most certainly be sending people elsewhere. Also, the gates are never operational, their website always has problems. I would not recommend to anyone!!
