Extremely disappointed in how this company continually increases the rent on their units. The solution I was given is to move into a different unit to get the best price, usually once a year which is insane. Why should I have to keep moving my things around to get a decent price? We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Gouging prices because of proximity to Camp Lejeune. Shameful.

Was a 5 Five Star for the last 10+ years, NOT sure what changed, but recently they started Predatory Consumer Fraud by violating Title 15 U.S.C. 1693 et seq. 'The Electronic Fund Transfer Act' (E.F.T.A.) of 1978...

After an ACH had returned Failed, they added a $16.35 Late Fee, & a $35 NSF Fee, increasing rent by $51.35, and immediately Reprocessed the ACH without ever Contact me for Authorization for the New $$$ Amount as required by Title 15 U.S.C. 1693 et seq. 'E.F.T.A.' of 1978...

Since, I've spoken to them, and was told a Manager would call me, still have NOT heard from her, instead they keep adding more Fees, such as a $70 Lien Notice Fee, to send me an Automatically Generated Email, with an Auto Generated PDF File, and most recently an Unidentified $18 Fee

Considering we're now in the 2nd month, this issue has raised many concerns regarding Company Ethics, with a number of people, as it has increased the Amount Due by 193% which is an Astronomical & Unethical Increase... We do question the Legal Validity of some of the Fees, as The State of North Carolina does regulate what Fees may be assessed under:
N.C. General Statutes Chapter 44A. 'Statutory Liens and Charges'
§ 44A-43. 'Enforcement of self-service storage facility lien'

We live on VA Disability, with 2 kids, and 3rd on the way, and everytime funds are prepared to pay, New Fees are added quicker, making it nearly impossible to Pay To Current...

Hopefully, being we've been doing business with them for over 10 years, they'll resolve the original issue, and give grace regarding all the Fees, due to their Predatory Violations of Law, otherwise we may be seeing them in Court...

Legal Council is being sought out...

All we're seeking, is a return to our usual monthly bill, with relief from all Fees due to breaches of the Law...
If they'll accept such Resolution, we will continue doing business with them for likely years to come, and this Review will be Updated to 4 Stars immediately...

Note:
5 Star Ratings are really hard to obtain from me, as I'd require that the service MUST be exemplary, observably well above & beyond satisfactory...

The staff is so friendly and the facility is easy to navigate. Never had an issue with any units we’ve rented from them.
