Very clean and easy to use. However, they will bump up prices after a few months (after 3 in my case) and no longer 24 hour access. Heads up to anyone looking at the “special rates”

Always a great experience. Access was easy, place was clean and well lit. No longer needed to use my unit and Bailee helped me cancel it in under 5 minutes. Will be going back if I need another unit!

After signing up online for a unit, I couldn't find the text instructing me to download the app. Courtney, who with excellent customer service skills, guided me to look in the spam folder. I didn't even know there is a spam folder for text messages. And there it was the missing text. Then she flawlessly guided me through the app set up process.
