During certain hours there should be a live person there to make sure those kiosks are working properly.... It should not take over an hour to get things to work or down load.
Lee Ellen was helpful once the system started working an hour later it was not her fault. She was patient with me. And I apologize it was just super stressful. We as a society should not depend on technology so much live people work better. Thank you Lee Ellen
