The service was great but the storage unit had a roach in it when I started moving my stuff in that I saw and I haven’t been using the storage unit since beginning of December I just don’t remember the number I have to text to cancel so I’m still stuck paying for it

Bailee was very helpful and was very nice.She needs a raise .I also like where the storage buildings are it ie well lighten up I feel safe there and Bailee help walk me thru getting into my storage building give her a RAISE
