Due to me baking a bonehead, I locked my keys inside my unit. Thankfully, the office was open and Bailee was on duty and was able to help. She even attempted to make me feel better about my boneheaded mistake. Thank you again Bailee for your help!!!

I love storease! The place is always clean. There’s always available carts. And I can access my unit from my cellphone. As a matter of fact, I lucked my cellphone in my unit one night and I didn’t know what to do. So I called storease on another line. I was blessed to have Bailee pick up and she was awesome! Very nice and very helpful. She was able to access my unit from the office and I was able to get my phone. Bailee saved the day! So if you’re lucky enough to have one of these facilities close to you and you need storage, that’s the place to be!

In my search for a strg unit I found StoreEase. Bailee was kind enough to take the time to explain everything, answer all of my questions & help me through the rental process. She even assisted me with setting up the app & explained how to use it to access my strg unit. Thank you Bailee for your time and assistance, but most of all for making this process quick & easy!!
