Called StorEase today reguarding account issue and spoke to Brittney she quickly exlpaned to me what the issue was and she was able to provide a resolution durning the call. Top noctch customer service!

I move in from another storage @ Orange City, now I regret doing it. Since I’m with this storage, price has going up TWICE!! And they just restricted the access during the night. The building is new yes but they still need to improve a lot specially on the doors, they are super heavy and have no stoppers. And they need to stop raising the price, I’m paying more than my oldest place with less time access and a smaller unit! The excuse of “changes are being made to ensure safety and security” along with “the price change are to improve our facilities” are pure BS!! I’m extremely disappointed.

The transaction was very smooth. I am very impressed by their access system. Clean units and plenty of room for two trucks passing at the same time. Good system!

So easy, I received a handicapped unit inside. It's perfect and easy to find. The reserving is the easiest with the up most friendly people. They even have carts inside to help carry your items! Very very clean and I feel safe! Austin has been absolutely wonderful!. Taleed and Bailee are all wonderful people. This is a wonderful place for storage. Wonderful people
