Setting up the rental agreement over the phone with Bailee was one of the best customer service experiences I can recall in my 59 years of life. Bailee helped me through the process with ease and a wonderful attitude. Bailee is the reason I would rent from Store Ease again. We need more Bailee’s providing customer service!

The automated system worked very well. We were surprised by the large amount of mouse poop. We haven’t unpacked everything yet , but I hope our stuff wasn’t damaged by the great number of mice that lived in our unit.
