This is a really nice facility. Using the app, it is very easy to get through the security gate. Once you find your unit, it is fairly easy to get your unit unlocked. It just takes a minute to get used to the app and the process. The only complaint I have is the lack of help actually locating your unit. It's a very large facility so it took me a bit to locate the unit I rented.
