Great facility! Great service! I encountered a minor issue creating my account and Brittney responded promptly and cleared it up for me in no time! She was great!

I'd like to also commend Sparks and Baylee for their outstanding service in getting my account set up. Initially, there was a technical glitch in getting the app to work for my access to the facility and to my unit and they worked patiently and diligently to resolve the issue with Noke and get me access into the facility remotely in the interim. Sparks followed up multiple times with Noke throughout the day and was able to finally get the technical problem resolved this morning. He immediately followed up with me in a call to my cell to ensure that I had been able to download the app and complete registering my account. You can’t access ANYONE if you don’t have access to your unit or the app goes bad. The phone only says all managers are assisting other when really they aren’t going to call you back to answer the phone. They make you leave messages they no one returns. My account is paid and they aren’t helping us access our unit.
