StoreEase has been easily accessible between the many moves during my college career. As my storing days have come to an end, Lee Ellen could not have made the move-out process easier. She provided knowledgeable information and walked me through the whole thing. Lee Ellen is a great asset to this company!

This was by far the easiest storage unit rental I have ever encountered. I walked in to simply inquire about a unit. The public access area was bright, spotless clean and very modern. So much so that I was surprised when I heard a voice yet saw no one. It’s all handled with a live person working remotely through a large video screen. And boy was I greeted (very quickly) by the nicest lady. I hit the jackpot when Lee Ellen appeared to assist me. She was so kind, patient, informative, helpful and just the sweetest thing ever!! She listened to my needs, was very clear in all of her answers & explanation of the rental process and got me taken care of in quick fashion. LEE ELLEN is absolutely fabulous and I hope that she gets the recognition she deserves because she most definitely represents StoreEase with a very high level of customer service and I so appreciate her!!
