only reason I moved my stuff out was due to the price increase every other month. I literally got the storage unit at 80 something a month and as I'm leaving it's over 130 a month. I understand if the price changed maybe once a year but not every other month.

So far it has been an outstanding place to store my stuff. I got a unit very quickly and when I went in I was immediately helped by a virtual assistant via a video chat there in the store.

Clean storage unit area, but they like to raise rates. Was paying $62 a month and they raised it to $79. A 27% rate increase for no reason is wild. I’d look somewhere else before settling for this storage unit. On post has much better rates ($40 for similar size). The reason for rising costs of, “keep up with the rising costs associated with providing top-notch service and facility” when absolutely nothing changes is literally just a money grab.

I have been in the middle of a move and I found this place and thought I would give it a try based on the good things that I heard about it and the ratings. So I spoke to Lee Ellen today and I want to say she was MAGIC!! Instant great customer service with a smile and we did everything within 10 minutes at the most and I am very happy with how quick this whole process was. I am pleased so far with the business and those who work there so far. Thank you for helping me and making my experience pleasant. She was wonderful.
