Long time customer here. Actually the 1st customer when this was facility was built. Needed more space today and the virtual assistant Taleed was exceptional. Extremely professional, helpful, and friendly. Great asset to the storease organization.

Company took over for fox den. Proceeded to make you have insurance which they provided. Wasn’t mad at that it was affordable and a good idea.

Now they have proceeded to raise my rent twice in the last 6 months to a total of a 50% increase. “To better provide for the facility” funnily enough the only betterment I’ve seen is for them to add parking storage to make more money and make it harder to get a trailer to your unit.
