Great value for storage! Lu Ellen did a great job helping me with the move out process!

I booked a outdoor Rv storage lot. Never used StoreEase before. Had multiple phone calls confirming my arrival date. Got to location with my 36 ft camper and had no idea how to get into the gate. Called numbers and finally got a person to answer and open the gate. During this time my camper was blocking half a lane in a very busy 2 lane road. This would have been much easier if someone would have given me the Bluetooth access in advance or even mentioned that was how the gates even functioned. If the drive outside the gate was long enough to accommodate my truck and camper without blocking part of the road this would also have been helpful. Really horrible first impression.

Nice day place to store and easy gate open app. No lighting in units, prices keep going up fast.

Was a great experience. very easy use to pay have and get stuff happening. Had a nice little unit was clean and the customer service was great when adding service and when removing service highly recommend Storeease
