READ your contract. They will not prorate at all and will rent your unit out right after your move. They will not try to help you at all, after paying for 3 years storage I asked if I could have a storage cube sit over night until picked up in the morning and I got this whole story about who owns what and this and that... Full of poi... Never again same goes with any business that takes your money and cares nothing about you. Everything is owned by the same people. If it's not owned by you then how do you collect the money and manage it? You cannot treat your customers like they are begging for your assistance and paying you at the same time. Go talk with the owners and explain that you are renting to people and the might need assistance. Where is that ALOHA spirit? I dealt with you all for 3 years. Once my account was almost turned off by the company because they changed systems and no one contacted me. Then I saw an email explaining that if I didn't pay within 30 days my unit was going to auction. I had to call immediately to have someone tell me that they changed companies a person they let go forgot to message me so I didn't get warning emails and the Auto pay didn't switch automatically. Do not rent here if you live out of Hawaii or maintain a Hawaii address so you aren't targeted.

This place has been very helpful. They have a nice secure location for storage. Their restroom facilities were very clean and tidy. That always says a lot about a place. We have used them in the past and they've been great to work with.

Best storage place on the island!! I've used a few different storage places and 1 of mine was broken into. Lost a welder, air compressor, battery charger and tool box.
Don't think that it will happen at this place, they're old military ammo bunkers.
Customer service is always top notch, the security is way better and I don't have to worry about my stuff.
Store local!!!
