Professional but friendly only one time a a couple months ago someone gave my daughter a hard time treating her disrespectful implying she was lieing and what’s sad we have been paying a certain way for years and no problem I guess that person was having a bad day but coming from someone who worked with the public doesn’t matter what happens before you get to work you leave it at home smile be friendly respectful and courteous and never insult the people who if it weren’t for them needing your services you wouldn’t have a job!!!! Aloha?

It’s been 3 years since my first review. This is my second review since I went back to store with Storelocal/Waikele Self Storage. My second experience with Storelocal was just as good and pleasant as my first. The staff has changed since my first experience. David, Maggie and Rachel have been so, so helpful with everything from truck rentals to helping me with all my storage needs. They have gone above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and informed of my unit since I’ve been out of the country. Hats off to them and Pam D. (Owner), for their professionalism and understanding of my long-distance situation.

You all still get 5 STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Aloha! I have been storing with Waikele Self Storage for about 4 years. I was looking for a central location when I found them online. I was a bit skeptical about the surroundings, but once the friendly and knowledgeable staff showed me the property, I was sold. The management has upgraded with solar electric lights, brightening the bunker space, and dehumidifiers since I first moved in. The security has never been an issue and it is always clean. I am very impressed with this storage facility that I have referred several of my people and they still use them. I am also amazed by the history of the facility and how it came about. Knowing that the space was already existing and being recycled (used and not abandoned) is always good to know. The owners supporting and donating back to the community is a big plus and shows that they care. Much Mahalo for everything Rychelle, Pam and the rest of the staff.
