The woman that works the front desk was more than rude to me both times i went in asking for help or trying to get my reserved uhaul told me 'doesn't matter what's on my app if it's not on her screen' so many better ways to say such a thing and then she made me feel uncomfortable talking about my nails she's made me never want to do business here again. Eric who answers the phone when I called today on other hand is awesome please maybe have her get some customer service training because it's very needed
