STORExpress Turtle Creek

I have been wanting to rent since last year, unfortunately my moving situations and finances delayed everything Miss OSHA was there to guide me along the way if I ever needed assistance with the right size storage unit and price. Recently I finally had a chance to rent a storage that day the the driver I choose was impatient and I ended up leaving my storage in the middle of the hall way . Miss OSHA called the maintenance man . Marcus who opened up my unit to make sure my belongings were safe. I thank God for these two great workers .

Staff is great. Storage units clean. Safe space for my stuff.

Osh was great through it all! Marcus on the otherhand needs to learn proper customer service etiquette and should be removed from management. Was very disturbed by his actions the entire time I was there. Only other thing would be to explain more clear that upstairs is only accessible via elevator so people know that and don't get those if they have big items. Without Marcus as management I would go back again for sure but only under those conditions

Do NOT store anything with them. I stored my items for a little over a year and my entire unit was destroyed by rodents. I lost EVERYTHING! I have been reaching out to upper management, they give me fake phone numbers.
